“I hired Linda and she patiently worked me through mileage climbing and speed work that was all new to me! I ran a 4:08 [from 5:38] for my second marathon 13 years after my first one! After that marathon, I really put my mind to it and told Linda I had some big goals. I was nervous she would say I wasn’t ready and instead she said “let’s go.” In my next 3 marathons she coached me to a PR every time - 3:46 to 3:39 to 3:38!

Hi, I’m Linda

I am a strength, running, and nutrition coach based in Brooklyn, NY. I am a competitive runner and a World Major Marathon 6 Star Finisher. I am a NASM-certified personal trainer, certified kettlebell strength coach, and certified L1 & 2 Precision Nutrition coach. After spending 13 years in the tech industry, I left my 9-to-5 job to pursue my passion for helping people achieve their healthiest lives. As a self-proclaimed lazy kid in my youth, I discovered movement, running, and strength training later in life and believe that it is never too late to start working toward becoming your strongest self.

In addition to being a competitive long-distance runner who has run over 150 road races, including 14 marathons (3:07 PR) and 50+ half marathons (1:26 PR), I am also an RRCA and V.02 certified running coach. I experienced significant improvements in speed and performance after incorporating a progressive strength training program into my weekly routine.

Throughout this journey, I recognized the importance of strength training not only as a complement to running but also as a way to enhance everyday life. I offer a thoughtful, holistic, and individualized approach to my training, helping clients achieve both short- and long-term goals.
